Return & Exchange Policy

At Vastra Bazaar, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange process.

🔄 Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags & packaging.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check.

🔁 Exchanges

• Exchange is available for size, style, or color (subject to stock availability).
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• If the requested product is unavailable, you may choose another product of the same or higher value (by paying the difference).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during sale/clearance or with special discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Accessories, innerwear, and custom-stitched products cannot be returned.

🛒 Return Process

1. Go to the “My Orders” section and select the item you wish to return/exchange.

2. Fill in the return/exchange request form.

3. Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep.

💰 Refund Policy

• Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method.
• COD orders: Refund will be issued as a store credit / bank transfer
