📦 Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once your order is processed, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

🚚 Shipping Timeline

• Within India: Orders are usually delivered within 4-7 business days.
• Remote Locations: Delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days depending on courier service availability.
• International Shipping (if applicable): Delivery time varies between 10-15 business days based on destination.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹79 will be applied.
• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

📍 Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
• You can also track your order from the “My Orders” section on our website.

🚫 Undelivered Packages

• If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address/contact details, the order will be returned to us.
• Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
